Most buyers come to our Kennel and pick up their new puppy but there are times, due to distance, convenience, and conflicting schedules, that buyers request that we ship their puppy to them.  We can provide that service.

Delta Fast Pet Service

Windcreek Kennels ships puppies via Delta airlines 'Delta Fast Pet Service'.

Delta shipping requirements are as follows:

• Must be 8 weeks of age
• Must have Veterinarian health examination
• Must be up to date on current inoculations (shots )
• A Department of Agriculture certificate must accompany puppy
• Letter of Acclimation for cold weather shipping
• Shipping crates must be airline approved

We ship all puppies via Delta Airlines out of Toledo Express Airport in Toledo, Ohio and Dayton International Airport in Dayton, Ohio.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs consist of the following:

• Airline ticket:  Delta's standard shipping fee for most continental U.S. destinations is approximately $200.  Cost of the airline ticket is the responsibility of the buyer.

• $100 Processing fee:  This fee includes a required 8 week Vet health check, the Veterinary's 'letter of acclimation', completed USDA inspection form ( government requirement for all shipped pups ), cost of transportation to the airport, scheduling flights, and an airline approved shipping crate (Vari-Kennel 100). 

The total shipping cost to the buyer to ship to most continental U.S. destinations is $300 (airline ticket plus processing fee).  This amount is in addition to the cost of the puppy and must be paid prior to shipping.
